Within 24–48 hours we send a detailed cost breakdown, fabric swatches on request, and a technical specification sheet. Once approved, our design team prepares your print-ready artwork and size grading.
A pre-production sample is made and shipped to you for fit, fabric feel, and print quality approval. Revisions are incorporated before bulk production begins. Most clients approve samples within one revision round.
Bulk production typically runs 3–5 weeks after sample approval depending on order size. We manage quality checks at each production stage and coordinate freight — by sea or air — directly to your warehouse or fulfilment centre.
Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 pieces per style. This applies to gym t-shirts, leggings, shorts, sports bras, and most other activewear categories. For styles with multiple colourways, each colour is treated as a separate style for MOQ purposes.
Yes. We offer full all-over sublimation printing on leggings, tights, shorts, and jersey-based garments. Sublimation print is applied to the fabric before cut-and-sew, resulting in seamless all-over coverage with vibrant, wash-resistant colour. We accept print-ready artwork in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG format.
Yes. We provide complete private label services including woven neck labels, care & content labels, heat transfer labels, custom hang tags, and branded polybag packaging. Your customers receive a finished product that looks entirely your own — no Fabric Crew branding anywhere on the garment unless specifically requested.
Sample production takes approximately 10–14 working days. Bulk production after sample approval typically takes 3–5 weeks depending on order volume and style complexity. Express production timelines may be available for certain products — contact us with your deadline and we will advise accordingly. Air freight delivery to the USA, UK, UAE, and Australia adds 5–7 business days on top of production.
