Common payment questions

Is my advance payment safe?

Yes. We are IEC export licensed, GST registered, and MSME registered. We provide a proforma invoice before any payment is made. For new buyers, we recommend starting with a sample order ($15–$35) before placing bulk.

When do I pay the balance?

After bulk production is complete and pre-shipment photos/QA report are shared with you for approval. Balance is due before goods are dispatched.

Can I pay in instalments?

For large orders (500+ pieces), we can discuss milestone payments — 40% advance, 30% mid-production, 30% before shipment. Contact us to arrange.
