The single biggest lever. Ordering 500 pieces typically costs 25% less per unit than ordering 100 pieces — the factory amortises setup, cutting, and overhead across more units. At 1,000+ pieces you unlock the best pricing tier.
100% combed cotton costs more than poly-cotton blends. Heavier GSM (220 vs 180) uses more yarn and raises cost by 15–20%. Premium fabrics — organic cotton, CVC, slub — carry a further premium of $0.50–$1.50/pc.
Plain garments are cheapest. Screen printing adds $0.80–$2.50/pc depending on colours. Embroidery adds $0.80–$2.50/pc by stitch count. All-over sublimation is the most expensive decoration but gives unlimited colour with no extra cost per colour.
Standard cuts (regular fit round neck, polo) are the most affordable. Custom-cut patterns — dropped shoulders, raglan sleeves, bespoke collar shapes — require new pattern making and grading, adding a one-time cost plus slightly higher per-piece CMT.

Yes — within limits. You can mix colours of the same style to reach the MOQ (e.g., 25 black + 25 white = 50 pcs minimum). Mixing entirely different styles (e.g., polo shirts and round-neck tees) in one order is possible but each style needs its own minimum quantity, as they require separate cutting and sewing runs. We'll clarify this in your quote.
Yes. Pre-production samples are strongly recommended for any order above $2,000. Sample cost varies by product ($25–$80) and is fully credited against your bulk order. Typical sample lead time is 7–12 working days. We also offer size-set samples (one piece per size) to confirm fit before bulk cutting.
The price tables reflect realistic market rates — they are not inflated to allow negotiation.
