Our Work

Our Advantage
Tirupur is India's garment capital — and one of the world's most capable sports apparel manufacturing hubs. UK clubs that switch to direct sourcing consistently save money, gain more design freedom, and receive their kits faster than they expect.
Ordering directly from a Tirupur manufacturer — rather than through a UK kit supplier's own supply chain — cuts your per-unit cost by half or more. That saving goes back into your club, your players, or your next tournament budget.
The same Tirupur factories that produce sportswear for major international brands manufacture your kits. You get professional-grade moisture-wicking polyester, reinforced stitching, and colour-fast sublimation — not off-the-shelf blanks with a logo stuck on.
Every design detail is yours — sublimation printing across the full garment, player names and squad numbers, sponsor logos front and back, collar and cuff detailing, custom shorts and socks to match. No template restrictions, no extra artwork fees.
Once production is complete, your kits are air-freighted directly to your UK address — typically arriving in 7–10 days. That's comparable to (and often faster than) many domestic UK kit suppliers' production lead times, at a fraction of the price.

Explore School PE Kits →Lightweight sublimation polo shirts, shorts, and skirts for badminton clubs, table tennis teams, and squash leagues. Popular with UK university sports clubs and community recreation centres looking for a uniform club identity.
Explore Racquet Sports Kits →Cricket and Tirupur are a natural fit. India is the global heartland of the sport, and its garment manufacturers understand cricket kit inside-out — from the weight of match whites to the vibrancy of T20 sublimation prints. UK clubs benefit directly from that expertise.
We produce both. For T20, hundred-format, and community colour cricket, our full-bleed sublimation jerseys deliver bold, wash-fast designs with zero cracking or peeling — printed directly into the fabric, not onto it. For traditional whites and cream matches, we manufacture classic cricket shirts and trousers in performance polyester or poly-cotton blends.
Every jersey comes with player names and squad numbers as standard — no extra charge. Front-of-shirt, back-of-shirt, and sleeve sponsor logos are included in the design, making it straightforward for clubs to integrate commercial partners or local business sponsorship into the kit.
Whether your club colours echo a county side or you want a completely original identity, our design team builds your artwork from scratch. We regularly produce kits inspired by county cricket aesthetics — hooped collars, tonal panels, striped armbands — tailored to your exact colour references.
Community cricket is thriving in the UK — from the ECB's All Stars programme to recreational leagues and cup competitions run through local associations. We supply clubs at every level: village sides ordering 50 jerseys, urban recreational leagues ordering 200+, and tournament organisers needing identical kits across multiple teams.
South Asian cricket communities are among the most active in UK club cricket, particularly in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Leicester. Many of these clubs already source kits from India — we make that process professional, transparent, and reliable, with a UK-facing service model, English-language communication, and direct air freight to your door.
We manufacture the complete ensemble. Order jersey and trousers together for a perfectly matched set, add a branded cap or sun hat, and include a kit bag with your club logo. Coordinated full-kit orders attract better per-unit pricing and ensure colour consistency across every garment.
Process
Our process is built around UK buyers — English-language communication at every step, a physical sample shipped to your UK address before bulk production, and direct air freight delivery once your order is ready.
Send us your club colours, badge, sponsor logos, and any design references via our quote form or by email. Our design team will produce a full digital mockup — jersey, shorts, and socks — within 48 hours, at no charge.
Once you approve the digital mockup, we produce a single physical sample and courier it directly to your UK address — typically within 5–7 working days. You check the fit, fabric, and print quality in person before committing to bulk production.
After sample sign-off, your full order enters production in our Tirupur facility. Standard bulk production for sports kits takes 10–15 working days depending on order volume and complexity. You receive production updates throughout.
Completed kits are quality-checked, individually packed, and shipped via air freight to your UK delivery address — whether that's a club pavilion, a school sports office, or your home. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days from dispatch. Tracking details are shared as soon as the shipment leaves India.
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design. This applies to the total garment count — so a cricket jersey order of 50 pieces qualifies, as does a mixed order of 30 jerseys and 20 shorts. For school or tournament orders where you need multiple designs, each design requires its own 50-piece minimum.
We ship by air freight from Tirupur to the UK, which typically takes 7–10 days from the dispatch date. Combined with production lead time (10–15 working days after sample approval), most UK clubs receive their bulk order within 3–4 weeks of approving the sample. We always share tracking information as soon as the shipment is booked.
Yes. We manufacture and supply complete kit sets: jersey, shorts, and socks produced as a matched set from the same design brief. Full kit sets also attract better per-unit pricing than ordering garments separately. Kit bags and caps can be added to the same order.
Yes. Provide us with your Pantone or RAL colour references, or share an existing garment or logo file, and our design team will colour-match your kit precisely. Sublimation printing gives us the full colour spectrum — there are no limitations on shades, gradients, or multi-colour designs. We send a digital proof for approval before any production begins.
Looking for something beyond sports kits? We supply a range of custom apparel to UK buyers from the same Tirupur manufacturing base.
