Process

Share your fabric preference, colour range, size breakdown, decoration type (blank / print / embroidery), quantity per style, and target price. A sample order is available if you want to assess quality before committing to a bulk run.
We send an itemised FOB quotation within 24 hours covering unit price, sample cost, lead time, and payment terms. For custom printed orders we also review your artwork files and flag any print preparation requirements.
A pre-production sample is dispatched for your approval. Once confirmed, submit your full colour-size matrix — the breakdown of units per colour and size — so we can plan fabric cutting and production scheduling accurately.
Your order enters production with inline quality checks at cutting, stitching, and finishing stages. Completed goods are packed per your specification (polybag by size, carton labelling, or retail-ready hang-tagged) and dispatched FOB Tirupur with full shipping documentation.
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per style. A style is defined as one fabric type in one colour. For mixed-colour orders the 100-piece minimum applies per colour. There is no maximum — orders of 50,000+ pieces are handled regularly from our Tirupur facility.
Yes. You can combine colours within a single purchase order provided each colour meets the 100-piece minimum. Submit a colour-size matrix (a simple spreadsheet showing units per colour and size) when confirming your order and we will produce all colours concurrently to keep lead times tight.
Yes. We support full OEM and private label supply — woven neck labels, printed wash-care labels, hangtags, and retail-ready packaging with your brand identity. Our private label clothing programme covers all packaging and label options in detail. Branded packaging is available from 300 pieces per style.
Standard lead time is 15–25 working days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Blank plain tees in stock colours can ship in as few as 10 working days. Custom printed or embroidered orders with new artwork typically take 20–25 working days including pre-production sample approval.
